PC froze during spyware scan
Problem details:
Customer has spyware & toolbar infestation.
Solution details:
download spyware removal tools & tune up utility. Ran spyware scan & found a keylogger program which froze their pc. I recommend steps to take to prevent further infestation & showed them how to use the tools.
