Problem details:
Customer stated that they had a slow pc and wanted it optimized.
Solution details:
Downloaded and ran registry cleaner. Scanned registry for invalid entries. Backed up registry to customers computer. Fixed registry issues.
Downloaded defragmentation tool. Analyzed customers hard drive. Fragmentation was 14% and more than 4000 files. Scheduled defrag to run each night when customer was not using their computer. Started initial cleaning.
Advised customer to run registry cleaner at least once a week.
