Problem details:
Customer connected explaining that their computer was running slow and that they wanted a PC Tune-up!
Solution details:
I connected to the customer's computer, and started by first deleting temporary files and folders, as well as registry settings, checked for norton and windows updates, and defragged their computer, as well as ran msconfig and got rid of unnecessary programs.
