PC Live Guard Disabling ZoneAlarm
Problem details:
Customer's ZoneAlarm was not functioning due to a PC Live Guard rogue security infection.
Solution details:
Removed PC Live Guard, Windows Enterprise Defender, and several other pieces of malware from customer's PC. Restarted PC to complete removal, and ZoneAlarm began functioning immediately.
