PC Crashed
Problem details:
PC crashed after possible virus and xp sp3 install.
Solution details:
Windows update to sp3 caused the PC to crash.
Wound up walking the CM through a clean install. Ran all updates, updated all drivers, Java , Reader , Flash , set up security and ran alll scans to remove any infections. Defragged and ran disk cleanup as well as updated to IE8 and secured IE8.
