Problem details:
IE8 freezing up and touchpad issues
Solution details:
Downloaded most recent touchpad drivers from Toshiba for Satellite P205. Installed drivers succesfully. After reboot will be updating Windows Vista to Service Pack 2. Also increased room for temp IE files form 50mb to 250mb. Waited over an hour for cutomer to reconnect. I am assuming she finished windows update on her own
