Outlook
Problem details:
Customer has Hotmail account setup within Outlook 2002. Can receive but not send. Hotmail has changed the HTTP(DAV) to POP account. Made changes to documentation on site but SMTP port given does not work. With Outlook 2003 - 2007 there is a Microsoft Outlook Connector that can be downloaded to make Outlook on those versions to work with Hotmail. There is no connector for the Outlook 2002(Office XP)
Solution details:
Suggested to customer to upgrade to the Office 2003 - 2007 versions and install the Microsoft Office Connector.
