Nothing will print...
Problem details:
Customer had previous assistance useing Web Ex.
Web Ex installed a virual printer, the printer was set as defult. Thus making it so nothing would print.
Solution details:
Customer had previous assistance useing Web Ex.
Web Ex installed a virual printer, the printer was set as defult. Thus making it so nothing would print.
I changed the printer to the attatched HP printer ran print test. Had client print off a document.
Client was also having issues with Quicken not printing.
When printing to the HP printer nothing would happen.
Setup so it would automaticly make a PDF file than he could print though Adobe Reader.
