Networking Windows XP - 2 PCs
Problem details:
Customer has 2 Windows XP Pro PCs that need to be networked, but one of them will not cooperate
Solution details:
I broke it down to the fact that the customer's PC that won't connect is corrupt. The network is fully setup, though, and the customer will be recontacting for assistance in upgrading said PC to Windows 7, at which point I will help him back up files, upgrade the OS, and restore the files to the new Windows 7 install.
