Music Ripping and Syncing
Problem details:
Customer connected asking that I show them how to rip and put music onto their new MP3 player.
Solution details:
I walked them through Windows Media Player, and showed them how the Rip and Sync tabs in the software can be used so they may copy music onto their computer and then onto their MP3 player. We went ahead and copied a few of his CD's while I showed him how he can copy over a full CD, or just a couple tracks on the CD if he wanted to. I then set up his new MP3 player in Windows Media Player for it to automatically sync every time the software was open and the MP3 player was connected.
