Music CD Creation
Problem details:
Customer needed help making a music CD. Customer said that whenever she tried to make one, it would not play correctly. Customer was using a Windows XP computer.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer. Opened Roxio and imported tracks. Made sure that I selected Music/Media CD. Burned the tracks onto the CD. Was able to successfully create a music CD and the customer was able to test it out.
