Problem details:
Showed customer how to back up and actually backed up his extensive music folder. Also customer will have scheduled back ups weekly of his music folder.Also created a playlist of his extensive music files in his windows media center for him.
Solution details:
Totally backed up customers music files as requested.
Set up scheduled back ups to music files as requested by customer. Tought customer how to backup files to external drive. Customer very appreciative!
