Linux Accounting Software
Problem details:
Customer was using a Ubuntu 8.04 desktop computer and needed help locating and installing accounting software. Customer was looking for software to replace Quickbooks.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer. Downloaded and installed GNUCash. Helped the customer configure the application and showed the customer how to use it. Customer needed to restart the computer at the end to allow updates to install.
