Lavasoft Ad-Watch Live settings

Ad-Watch LIVE alerts were coming much too often and the program was also interfering with Windows Firewall

Set AdWatch live alerts to medium frequency in the settings menu, made sure autostart utility was set to start the svchost.exe process automatically when the computer was started up. Went into windows firewall settings to make sure it was in fact turned on and active. Noticed that the computer was running really slow and ran a disk cleanup as well as disk defragmentation to reorganize files after the large cleanup
