Lavasoft Ad-Aware Uninstallation Problems
Problem details:
Customer connected with me with an issue regarding uninstalling Ad-Aware from their computer.
Solution details:
I connected to the customer's computer and after seeing that their problem was due to a corrupt installation file, I performed a force uninstall of Ad-Aware off the computer, and deleted any system files that had been left over, as well as registry settings that also belonged to Ad-Aware.
