Lavasoft Ad-Aware
Problem details:
Customer connected explaining that they were having trouble running scans with their Ad-Aware Pro installation.
Solution details:
After assessing the problem, I did a clean uninstall of Ad-Aware and reinstalled the product. After this did not solve the problem, I went ahead and found Symantec to be interfereing with Ad-Aware. I had to manually uninstall Symantec Antivirus vis registry edits and manual deletion of files, and then reinstalled Ad-Aware
