Jail broken iPad - iPhone wont update to 4.2
Problem details:
Client states she is unable to update her iPad to 4.2. She did note her device is jail broken so she may install applications not approved by Apple.
Solution details:
We found that the application on her mac running a utility to wirelessly sync her iPad with iTunes was preventing the update from properly finishing. We removed Wifi Sync with the uninstall utility from http://www.getwifisync.com/ and all updated well.
