Itunes from AOL account access
Problem details:
Customer could not get access to Itunes through AOL account.
Solution details:
They need to call AOL to verify that they are in customer database. They will contact me again if this does not fix the issue. This was resolved. The customer needed to call AOL to get their account reinstated. That was not my issue, but they did pay for me to look at things.
