Customer would like to increase security and also get rid of popups.
Solution details:
Verified machine is up to date with windows patches, av and ad-ware updating and scanning regularly, firewall on and setup properly, popup blockers on, ran scan for any virus/spyware, verified no nefarious apps installed and no rogue processes running. See link for popup blocker info.
