Internet Explorer and Security Issue
Problem details:
Customer could not get Windows Update for IE Cumulative updates to complete successfully.
Solution details:
set restore point, removed junk files, software and startup items. Installed Firefox for secondary browser and after confering with the customer the decision was made that he would call Microsoft support on it.
