Internet Explorer Problems
Problem details:
Customer had issues in Internet Explorer with saving pictures as the background. Firefox would also crash with DLL errors
Solution details:
The customer had Zone Alarm and the Zone Alarm toolbar running. Upon removal of both, all functionality to Internet Explorer and Firefox was restored. Reinstallation of Zone Alarm fixed the issue.
