Internet Explorer Add-On Issues
Problem details:
Customer installed add-ons in Internet Explorer that were causing error messages; Also, sites that she originally set to remember her wouldn't remember her anymore.
Solution details:
I removed the offending add-ons, and also removed the selection to "Delete History on Close". Sites now remember her passwords, and the add-on crashes no longer occur.
