Problem details:
I had to install ZoneAlarm on the customers computer
Solution details:
I installed ZoneAlarm on the customers computer per the customers request, the viruses already on the customers computer locked it up after the install preventing the antivirus from removing them. This was difficult case in which I instructed the customer that he would need to do a clean install of Windows.
