Problem details:
Glen is having issues on his desktop. He used Spybot to remove XP Defender, and he cannot access his desktop any more.
Solution details:
After multiple troubleshooting steps, Glen and I were able to boot in to safe mode. We then loaded System Restore from Command Prompt and restored the computer to an optimal date. This fixed the issue.
