Hard Drive Backup
Problem details:
Customer asked if I would be able to backup his C drive on his laptop using Nero backup, I provided support using Team Viewer to connect via remote support and perfom a backup, but backup had not finished yet.
Solution details:
I told the customer that because of the length of the backup that I would let Nero Backup continue until it finished, and told the customer that he could come back tomorrow so I can perform an online backup, and mentioned to the client there would be no charge for this.
