HP Scanjet 3970 not working
Problem details:
Customer wanting to connect HP Scanjet to new hp TouchScreen 310-1125Y
Solution details:
Customer had issues with scanning documents. Went to Printers and Faxes, found the printer, and made HP ScanJet 3970 the default printer. Performed a test scan/print. Also, created shortcut on desktop for easy access (as per customer).
