HP Printer needs reinstalling
Problem details:
Customer couldn't reinstall HP Laserjet 2840
Solution details:
The problem lies in the version of Windows and the driver available from HP. Customer used Vista 64 bit, and HP only provides a basic driver for the printer; not the full software suite. I had to find a workaround and installed a basic print driver, but was unable to install scanning or faxing software. The problem lies within HP's software. The customer is able to print, but will probably downgrade to Vista 32 so she can use her printer's features.
