HP Printer Driver Installation
Problem details:
Customer had an HP Laserjet P2015dn printer and had problems installing the drivers. Customer tried to install the drivers but the printer would not recognize the drivers.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer. Attempted to remove the existing drivers from the computer. Was unsuccessful in removing existing drivers. Downloaded and installed the drivers from HP's website. Overwrote the existing installation. Installed the drivers for the printer.
