HP Photosmart c3100 Not Printing
Problem details:
Client stated that his photosmart c3100 printer was not printing.
Solution details:
Logged in remotely, changed the printer setting to Online, unplugged and replugged in the printer USB cable and printed a test page. Problem resolved.
