HP Photosmart D7460 Printing Error
Problem details:
Customer has a HP Photosmart D7460 inkjet printer and was trying to print photos from a Windows XP computer.
Solution details:
Connected via Teamviewer. Ran a diagnostics with the HP Printer Diagnostics Utility and it came back fine. Ran the print alignment and print head cleaning utility a few times. Told the customer to try and change the printer cartridges. Printer could print on normal 8.5 x 11 printer but was not printing properly on photo paper.
