HP PSC 2410 Photosmart Printer Driver Installation
Problem details:
Customer had an HP PSC 2410 Photosmart all-in-one printer and was using a Windows XP computer. Customer needed help reinstalling the drivers for the printer but was unable to locate the original CD.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer after difficulties with setting up Teamviewer. Went to HP's website to download the drivers. Installed the drivers and made sure that the printer was working and operational before closing out session.
