HP All In One 5510 Printer Installation Help
Problem details:
Client had an older HP 5510 All in One printer and the CD would not work to install onto a new Vista computer
Solution details:
Logged in remotely, found the correct printer drivers pre loaded with vista and tested by printing a test page. Created a a quick print icon within word 2007 for quick access to printing, and left a link to instrucions on how to scan with this model. Problem resolved.
