HP 6500 E709N will not print
Problem details:
Customer states that printer is not showing up in any applications. Customer also stated that he had a previous installation of a Lexmark printer. Printer Spooler service not starting
Solution details:
Uninstalled previous printer driver. Ran program to clean spooler and fix registry errors from Lexmark install. Customer rebooted computer. After reboot, print spooler service still would not start. Forwarded call to dispatch.
