Problem details:
Customer wanted some introductory information on SupportSpace, and had a coupon for a Green PC session. Customer wanted to try out the services first before paying more for something else. Customer was using a Windows XP computer.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer. Diagnosed and went over the computer's specifications. Made some minor adjustments and downloaded a tool onto his computer so he can monitor his energy usage and output.
