Problem details:
Customer was using a Windows XP HP laptop. Customer complained that her battery only lasted under 1 hour, and needed help boosting the overall efficiency of the battery.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer via Teamviewer. Exited any applications that were memory hogs, and any high performance applications that the customer was using. Installed Local Cooling to help the customer monitor activities. Told the customer to dim her backlight and turn off her wifi when mobile/not in use.
