Email Account Hijacked
Problem details:
Customer presented with an email account that had been hijacked, and emails were being sent that he didn't authorize. It is web-based only, so there was no email client that could be hijacked. Problem didn't present as a virus issue, but more of an account security issue.
Solution details:
I helped the customer change his password, gave recommendations on how to keep his password safe, and made changes to his security settings to help keep his PC secure.
