Deleted file.
Problem details:
Customer had a picture of her brother she accidently deleted. Needed some way to get it back.
Solution details:
Told her to first and foremost get a backup drive and then she can run software she has bought or not. I suggested using a free one for this case becuase it's only one file and she can purchase software if that didn't work for her.
