Customer unable to hear audio from PC.
Solution details:
Checked all pc audio driver settings, (updated sound card driver). No sound yet, walked customer through checking all the sound connections. Then had customer adjust sound on the monitor (built in speakers), sound worked. Checked a few more progams sound worked in them all. Customer satisfied. (Worked w/ customer via phone)
