Customer Can't Connect to Internet - Wireless Conection
Problem details:
Customer could not connect to the Internet on his laptop. Has a wireless connection.
Solution details:
Customer could not connect to the Internet. Had him reboot router. Found out a proxy was setup on Internet Explorer - had him disable it. He was then able to connect to the Internet.
