Color Quality Does Not Meet Expectations on Photosmart B9100
Problem details:
Client is an Artist, and was not getting the color she expected out of a Pro model HP Printer b9100
Solution details:
Logged in remotely and helped troubleshoot settings and color profiles with client. We were able to improve the quality, but she still thinks her old cheap epson printer printed better. Thanks Christina!
