Cannot wirelessly connect
Problem details:
Customer wasn't able to connect wirelessly to his network.
Solution details:
Customer's PC was able to gain connectivity when hard-wired into the router, so I was able to remote in and diagnose the issue. After running several diagnostics, I determined that the wireless adapter's driver was corrupt, so I removed and reinstalled it. Afterwards, wireless connectivity returned. I then had him remove the cable and tested the wireless connectivity, which then worked perfectly.
