Cannot send or receive email.
Problem details:
After checking connectivity, all mail setting, and then verifying login credentials, it was found that his account information was incorrect. His password was invalid
Solution details:
The problem was resolved with COMCAST Support when the password was reset. Once done, I walked through with Bruce resetting his password for the COMCAST webmail site, then made sure it was reset in OUTLOOK. I retested send/receive, and he was satisfied with the results.
