Cannot install Ad-Aware
Problem details:
Customer purchased Ad-Aware Plus, but couldn't get it installed.
Solution details:
I remoted in, allowed the website that the download was hosted on, TrialPay, through Internet Explorer as a trusted site, and then downloaded and installed Ad-Aware for the customer.
