Problem details:
Client could print to printer, but could not run hp solution center or photo essentials.
Solution details:
Logged in remotely, transferred the latest driver for her hp officejet 7580 printer, performed several corrective steps and reinstalled. Tested by opening solution center. Problem resolved. Thanks Renee!
