Can not open word doc or excel file sent via Email
Problem details:
Received email with attached Microsoft document and excel spread sheet via email. I save each file to my hard drive then when I try to open it I get an error message about not being compatable.
Solution details:
Doc and spreadsheet may have been created in Office 2007 formats. Microsoft has a package to install that will allow you to open files created in Office 2007. click this link and choose to run on your computer. http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/latd630/en/index.htm
