CD Burning Help
Problem details:
Customer was using a Windows XP computer and had issues burning a data CD with a powerpoint for work. Customer said that she did not have any software or programs for CD burning.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer via Teamviewer. Downloaded and installed PowerISO. Mounted the file and created a data disc. The file was over 20 MB, and the customer had an older CD-R burner. Was able to successfully burn a copy of the file and resolve the case.
