Boot Errors
Problem details:
Customer needed help with Windows XP. Customer said that the computer did not boot properly. Needed help with the configuration of it. Customer said that the OS would keep booting in circles.
Solution details:
Connected to the customer's computer. Ran chkdsk, restarted. Afterwards, customer reported to me and told me that it was booting.
