Problem details:
customer receiving error at start of installing software - (c:/users/katie/desktop/autorunguie.dll can't be found)
Solution details:
downloaded the missing dll and got the software to start install - at 61% complete, the drive started displaying read issues - had customer restart and try another cd - and updated cd drivers - narrowed issue down to being the cd. customer will try to get a replacement.
