Attachments Won't Open
Problem details:
Customer was using Windows Mail and was unable to open attachments. The customer had even been online with Microsoft tech support, and they called the issue resolved, although it wasn't.
Solution details:
I installed Windows Live Mail, as an upgrade to Windows Mail, and the attachments opened up correctly.
