Performed advanced virus removal. Session Outline: Had customer start system in Safe Mode with Networking. Remoted into system. Ran ComboFix to remove TDSS rootkit. Cleared System Restore points. Then ran MalwareBytes to remove residual viruses. Sent TFC to remote computer to clean Temp Files. User reported difficulty with Flash Player due to the virus. Will ensure that Flash Player is working correctly. Turn System Restore back on. Upgraded to Flash Player 10.
